Introduction By using my website and purchasing products, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of the site. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the website.

Orders All orders are subject to availability. I reserve the right to refuse any order placed. In the event that I need to cancel or change your order, I will notify you using the contact information you provided.

Payments All payments are securely processed through trusted third-party payment providers. Prices are subject to change without notice. Once an order is placed, the total price of the purchase is final.

Shipping & Delivery I ship worldwide, and shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Customs fees and import taxes vary by country and are the buyer’s responsibility.

Liability I do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free. I am not responsible for delays outside of my control or any damage or loss that occurs once the package has been handed over to the carrier.

Returns & Exchanges Please note that original artwork, prints and custom pieces are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Headbands need to be unworn and in original packaging please send with tracking.

To initiate a return, email me at talk@chanellexx.com with your order number and reason for return. I'll provide you with the return shipping address and further instructions. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Damaged Items If an item arrives damaged, please contact me within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damage, and I will either provide a replacement or issue a refund, including shipping costs, if applicable.
